Shipping & Returns
We understand shipping costs can sometimes be prohibitive and have strived to ensure that our shipping rates are competitive. All our shipping charges are based on the actual weight of the products rather than a broad weight range (flat rate).
In order to determine the shipping cost for your address, simply add your chosen products to the shopping cart then select your destination and the required shipping type from the options below. The cost will appear in the shopping cart before you check out.
Strive Retail orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days of receiving the order. Orders will be shipped via Australia Post (standard or express post). When ordering please ensure you allow enough time from date of order to delivery (don't forget to include processing time). Delivery times will vary depending upon method chosen as follows:
- Once your order is processed delivery via Australia Post standard shipping should be within 5 – 10 business days.
- Once your order is processed delivery via Australia Post Express Post network is for next business day delivery (2 or 3 business days in regional areas). For more information and to determine if you are within the next day delivery for express post network go to www.auspost.com.au.

Wholesale/ bulk orders – shipping costs will be calculated offline.
All large wholesale orders will be shipped through Australia Post or TasFreight shipping. If the meals are required tight timeframe Australia Post Express Post is available. Otherwise the most cost effective delivery will be calculated offline. An estimated delivery date will also be determined once an order has been placed and we will contact you.
Once orders are shipped via Australia Post Strive Food takes no responsibility for delays or lost parcels due to conditions outside our control.
Local pickup: Local pickup is available from our Magnet Court store (Sandy Bay, Tasmania) - if you would like to collect your meals from the us then please choose the local pickup option and in the comments box detail the date you would like to collect.
Strive Food will not except return of product if you simply change your mind. We will only accept return of product where there is deemed to be a problem with the order. BEFORE returning any product please call the Strive Food team on 0429 STRIVE (787 483) or email firstname.lastname@example.org
